Delivery Policy
• At Betty’s Best we strive to satisfy our customers through our delicious food and great customer service. Please note that the given delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
• While we do our best to get your orders prepared on time, the time it takes for this to get from our store shop to your doorstep is also dependent on our delivery partner and how far your address is from us. Our products are worth the wait!
• Kindly double check all your orders and delivery details (especially the location pin). We may not honor changes after your order has been placed.
• If your order is a gift, please make sure to let us know in the “special instructions” section, and indicate their name, contact number and address in the information. We can include a short note and we won’t send the receipt with their order.
• The special desserts that we offer are subject to availability. If it is unavailable, we will notify you!
• For Cash on Delivery orders, the Grab Pabili service has a maximum amount of Php2,000. For orders exceeding that, kindly use our online payment options.
• For orders to different addresses, please place each of them separately. Unfortunately, we don’t do orders with multiple drop-off locations.
